Booking process, payment, and party obligations

Booking Process

  1. Step 1: The Guest submits a booking request for desired dates. This request is non-binding at this stage.
  2. Step 2: The Host has 48 hours to accept or decline the request. After this period, the request expires automatically.
  3. Step 3: Upon acceptance, payment is captured from the Guest's payment method.
  4. Step 4: A confirmation email is sent to both parties. Receipt of this email constitutes formation of the rental contract between Host and Guest.

Pricing and Fees

Guest Service Fee: no service fee is charged to the Guest (0%).

Host Commission: a 15% commission is charged on the booking amount and must be paid by bank transfer within 30 days of receiving the invoice.

All transactions are processed in Euros (EUR).

VAT applies according to the Host's tax status. Hosts are responsible for their tax obligations.

Party Obligations

Host Obligations

  • Provide a Space conforming to the Listing description and photos.
  • Guarantee access to the Space at the agreed date and time.
  • Honor the amenities and services included in the Listing.

Guest Obligations

  • Use the Space only for legal commercial purposes as declared.
  • Respect the Space's house rules and Host's instructions.
  • Return the Space in the condition it was provided.
